EyeTeleC has been organised by the NSW AONA committee. Nationally AONA members can phone in and be part of a telephone conference.
These conferences last for approximately one hour. When you register you will be given a conference phone number to call in and join other ophthalmic nurses. The line is initially open where you can hear all participants. The line is then muted and the speaker will present the topic. The line will then be open for all to participate in question time. PowerPoint presentations will be email to you prior to the event.
The best thing about this is that you can participate from the comfort or your own home or get a group together in one place around one phone.
